We cover a big area at Delta Pacific. In some areas, it’s starting to cool down, feel a bit more brisk; elsewhere, it’s still ninety degrees. Such is life in California. Just like the leaves changing, our inventory is as well. Check out some new fall-inspired arrivals:
Pizza Port Graveyards Pale Ale
This hoppy pale ale is an annual release from PPBC to commemorate the year a Southern Hemisphere swell ruined dozens of boards in the Pacific Ocean. There are both Mosaic and a blend of Australian hops with notes of oats in that make it perfectly balanced for transition into Indian Summer here in California.
2 Towns Ciderhouse’s Hollow Jack Cider
Some people hold onto summer each year, not wanting it to end. On the other hand, there are those who jump right in to the pile of leaves and start drinking Pumpkin Spice lattes immediately. If you’re the latter, you’ll love Hollow Jack Cider. Brewed with fresh pressed apples, pumpkins and sweet potatoes–it will definitely have a taste of everything good about fall in each sip you take.
High Water Sugaree Maple Bourbon Pecan Pie Ale
While we’re talking about fall, who doesn’t a good pie? Fall is pretty much made for it and High Water definitely evokes a pecan pie and more. Using Vermont maple syrup, bourbon barrel oak chips and pecans, this beer has autumn written all over it. It’s incredibly smooth and the right balance of bourbon and sweet.
There will be a lot more coming in as the weather starts to change, and we get further into the season. We’re headed off to Denver for the Great American Beer Festival…stay tuned for our report back on how our trip went! Cheers!
